Lenny was great! I bought a garbage disposal that he was unfamiliar with, but he took his time (not long) and he installed it no problem. He even found a couple possible issues with the equipment and did some minor alterations to fix it, no extra charge. Also, the price on the website was the price I paid, which is rare when dealing with most plumbers or maintenance techs who always find a way to add costs onto the quoted price. I also had an issue with a bathroom sink that Lenny looked at but ultimately felt it was a little out of his depth and declined to fix. However he called an associate on the spot who agreed to come fix the sink in the next couple days. I have personally experienced maintenance pros come and try to do work they weren’t sure about and ended up doing more damage but still wanted to be paid. I truly appreciate a business that’s transparent about their prices and cares enough about the quality of their work that they won’t allow themselves to do something they’re uncomfortable with. Will definitely hire again.

I was very pleased with my service from Good Fit Plumbing for a replacement water heater. Leonard was mindful of not just the water heater, but also the surrounding infrastructure and lines to ensure the long term reliability of the heater. He is very skilled, did the job with care, was transparent with his fees, and tested everything and explained the new equipment before leaving. Great service!

Lenny installed a heat pump water heater for us. He checked all the boxes: on time, good communication, reasonable pricing, consistent follow-up. Lenny was relentless when it came to pursuing a $3,300 rebate from TECH Clean. He had to submit documentation multiple times before they finally approved the application, and I got my rebate check. Lenny was working for me!

I would definitely recommend Lenny of Goodfit Plumbing. He installed a heat pump water heater to replace my gas one. He helped me find rebates, even finding an extra green model that was approved for extra rebates, and coordinated with my electrician. Lenny communicated clearly and helped with the paperwork. I’m very happy with the job!

We hired Lenny to install two GE Geospring electric heat pump water heaters at a community resilience hub in San Leandro. We are very pleased with his work. He was very knowledgeable, courteous, and communicative. We plan to contact Lenny again for any future plumbing needs.
